RoboCup Junior (RCJ) Leagues
RCJ Rescue Line
The Rescue Line sub-league of RoboCupJunior is a competition that involves teams of students building and programming autonomous robots to navigate through an obstacle course. The course consists of a black line on a white floor, with modular tiles featuring different patterns and ramps that the robots must navigate.
To participate in Rescue Line, students must be between the ages of 14 and 19 as of July 1st.
Each team is allowed to participate in the Rescue Line competition twice, after which they must move on to the Rescue Maze sub-league.
The goal of the Rescue Line competition is to encourage students to develop their skills in programming, robotics, and problem-solving, and to foster an interest in these fields.
